Return Eligibility

- you received a damaged item, or
- the product has a genuine manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- the item must be unused and in original packaging
- clear unboxing video/photos may be required as proof
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:
- used products
- items without original packaging
- products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- customized or personalized items, if any
- sale or clearance items, if marked non-returnable

- clear photos or unboxing video

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Charges on Returns
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged product, or an incorrect item.
